SUDAN COULD RESUME HOSTING OF AL QAIDA

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Sudan could resume its support for Al Qaida,a report warned. The Washington-based Jamestown Foundation said that despite cooperationwith the United States, the Sudanese regime remains aligned with terroristgroups. The foundation, regarded as close to the Defense Department and U.S.intelligence community, said Khartoum's cooperation with Washington couldprove temporary and the regime might eventually return to Al Qaida.
