SYRIAN INTEL TACTICS DISCLOSED

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- A United Nations investigation has disclosed themethods used by Syrian intelligence to recruit and operate agents. The report by German prosecutor Detlev Mehlis detailed Syria's use of Palestinians for false flag and other operations. The UN investigation of the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri also revealed the direct involvement of Syrian intelligence chiefs in everything from tactical operations to wiretapping and political appointments in Lebanon.
