Iran Achieves Nuke Capability

HERZLIYA, Israel [MENL] -- A leading Russian analyst has asserted that Iran
achieved nuclear weapons capability.
A Russian nuclear proliferation expert told the annual Herzliya
Conference that Teheran has developed the capability to produce and fire
nuclear weapons. [Ret.] Gen. Vladimir Dvorkin said Iran has developed its
latest missiles to contain a nuclear warhead.
"Iran already has nuclear capabilities," Dvorkin said on Feb. 4.
