Fatah Reshuffles Leadership In Lebanon

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Fatah has replaced its leadership in Lebanon in a move
that could spark internal fighting.
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has ordered the dismissal
of both Fatah military and political leaders in Lebanon. The move was taken
after a Fatah panel warned that the movement was in danger of losing its
dominant status in Lebanon amid the rise of both Hamas and Al Qaida-aligned
groups.
