Iran Expands Help To Militias In Iraq

BAGHDAD [MENL] -- The U.S. military has determined that Iran was expanding
assistance to Shi'ite militias in Iraq.
Officials said the U.S. military has found evidence that the Teheran
regime renewed funding and weapons shipments to Shi'ite militias in Iraq
during mid-2010. They said the effort was spotted over the last few months
amid the power vacuum caused by inconclusive parliamentary elections in
March.
