Turkey Plans IRBMs

ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey, in competition with neighboring Iran, plans to
develop intermediate-range ballistic missiles.
Officials said the government of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan
has decided to develop ballistic missiles with a range of up to 2,500
kilometers. They said missiles were meant to be far more accurate than IRBMs
in the Iranian military.
