Erdogan Eyes Changing Turkish Pres.

ANKARA [MENL] -- Prime Minister Recep Erdogan has signaled his intention to
transform the government in Turkey.
Erdogan said he wants to change Turkey from a parliamentary to a
presidential system in an effort to change the balance of power. Erdogan
suggested that the transformation could take place over the next two years.
