U.S. Wastes $200m On Iraq Police

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has acknowledged that it wasted
hundreds of millions of dollars on Iraq's police.
A government report determined that more than $200 million was invested
by the State Department for a police program that was not requested by Iraq.
