Congress Hints At U.S. Arms Halt To Iraq

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Congress has warned of a U.S. arms cutoff to Iraq.
Leading members of the House and Senate have relayed warnings to Iraq of
a suspension of U.S. weapons sales to Baghdad unless it halts assistance to
neighboring Iran. They said Iraq has been facilitating Iranian arms
shipments to the regime of President Bashar Assad in Syria.
