Israel Shoots Down UAV Near W. Bank
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- The Israel Air Force has shot down an unidentified
unmanned aerial vehicle near the West Bank.
Military sources said the UAV appeared to have been developed by Iran
and provided to Hizbullah. They said the UAV had been detected over the
Mediterranean Sea near the Gaza Strip on Oct. 6, and was later shot down by
two U.S.-origin F-16 fighter-jets.
