U.S. Mil Presence In Oman Shrinks

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The U.S. military presence in Oman has undergone a
sharp decline.
A U.S. government report said the American military has been under
pressure to reduce its presence in Oman. The Congressional Research Service
said the Defense Department and Central Command have already overseen a
sharp drop in American military personnel and assets since 2002.
