Iran Draws Lessons From Failed Ops

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iran and its proxies have drawn lessons from a series
of failed attacks against Israel and the West since 2010, a report said.
The Washington Institute for Near East Studies asserted that Iran's
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps was working with Hizbullah to enhance
their skills in wake of a series of failures in Europe and Central
Asia. In a report, the institute said the lessons drawn from the failures
have improved Hizbullah as well as IRGC's Quds Force, responsible for
intelligence and sabotage.
