Congress Mulls Ban On Russian Arms

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Congress has been examining a ban on Russia's
state-owned arms agency, a key supplier to Syria.
Several members of the Senate have urged the administration of President
Barack Obama to halt trade with Russia's Rosoboronexport arms export
agency.
