Assad Expands Cluster Bomb Ops

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The regime of President Bashar Assad has increased
cluster munitions operations.
Human Rights Watch said the Syrian military was conducting scores of
cluster bomb attacks around Syria. HRW said the Syrian Air Force dropped at
least 156 cluster bombs from aircraft over the last six months.
