Israel Expands Military Tenders

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel plans to expand major military tenders to foreign
firms.
The Defense Ministry has drafted plans to reach out to foreign
contractors for a multi-billion-dollar project to relocate key military
bases. Officials said foreign companies, particularly from the United
States, would be invited to participate in the tender to construct a series
of facilities, including an intelligence headquarters.
