Al Qaida Debates Yemen Strategy
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Al Qaida has been debating its strategy in Yemen, a
report said.
The Institute for National Security Studies said Al Qaida struggled to
agree on a strategy to destabilize Yemen. In a report, the center, citing a
recently-captured document, said Al Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula had been
urged by the central leadership in Afghanistan to avoid attacks on Yemeni
civilians and soldiers.
