Iraq Lacks Air Assets Against ISIL

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The administration of President Barack Obama has
determined that Iraq lacks the aircraft to battle the Sunni revolt.
Officials said the Defense Department and military have agreed that Iraq
lacked the air assets for effective counter-insurgency missions. They
said the Iraq Army could not afford a bloody ground battle against Al
Qaida's Islamic State of Iraq and Levant.
