S. Sudan Said To Use Cluster Bombs

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- South Sudan was said to have been using cluster
munitions against civilians.
The U.S. group Human Rights Watch said the South Sudanese military was
believed to have been firing cluster bombs in the conflict in the new
African state. HRW said the United Nations found remnants of Russian-origin
submunitions, known as bomblets.
