U.S. Keeps CI Dialogue With Egypt

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States, despite a political rift, has
maintained security cooperation with Egypt.
Officials said the administration of President Barack Obama was
overseeing a security dialogue with Cairo. They said the dialogue, supported
by the Defense Department and State Department, focused on
counter-insurgency, border security as well as Egypt's military
requirements.
