Kuwait Reviews Expat Threat

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait has begun examining the threat of its huge
expatriate community.
Officials said the Interior Ministry has been ordered to review the 1.8
million foreigners in the Gulf Cooperation Council sheikdom. They
said the government was determined to identify foreigners who could become a
security threat.
