QATAR OKs PLAN TO RESPOND TO NUKE ACCIDENT

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Qatar has approved the establishment of a command and controlnetwork that would warn of an Iranian nuclear attack or reactor accident. Officials said Doha's plan contained nuclear scenarios that ranged from a leak from Iran's Bushehr nuclear reactor to the smuggling of nuclear material. They said the plan called for the development of an early-warning network in cooperation with the United States and International Atomic Energy Agency.
