Iran Fails In SLV Launch

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's intelligence community has determined that Iran
failed in its development of a multi-stage rocket.
Israeli sources said the intelligence community, based on data from the
United States, has concluded that Iran's space launch vehicle failed in a
test on Aug. 16, The sources said Iran's Safrir-1 failed to separate in its
second stage of launch.
