WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Al Qaida's new chief in Iraq was said to fanatical andmore violent than his slain predecessor. The Washington-based Jamestown Foundation said Abu Ayoub Al Masriexhibits a strong grasp of the Koran. At the same time, the foundation said,Al Masri appears more fanatical than Abu Mussib Al Zarqawi.
