UAE READY TO BEGIN COAST GUARD PROJECT

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- The United Arab Emirates expects to launch a fast patrolboat project. Industry sources said the UAE Coast Guard plans to award a contract forfast patrol boats to Abu Dhabi Ship Building. The sources said ADSB wasexpected to win a contract to assemble 12 FPBs. The value of the project wasnot reported.
