KUWAIT CHARGES ARMY SGT. WITH ESPIONAGE

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait has accused an army sergeant with being a spy forIraq. The detainee was identified as Mohammed Hamad Fahd Al Juwaid, a sergeantin the National Guard. The 40-year-old army veteran was said to have beenspying for Iraq for years and planned to poison U.S. troops.
