U.S. PREPARES C2 FACILITIES IN GULF

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has prepared advanced command andcontrol facilities in the Persian Gulf to conduct an air and ground waragainst Iraq. U.S. officials said Central Command has installed advanced C2 systems inGulf Cooperation Council states. They include facilities in Kuwait, Qatarand Saudi Arabia.
