FRANCE, QATAR PLAN NEW MILITARY COOPERATION

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- France and Qatar plan to complete an accord for annualmilitary cooperation that will include training and joint exercises. The two countries plan to launch joint exercises in Qatar on Monday.French officials said the exercise, entitled "Sky Watch," will last one weekand will include combat jets, tanks and infantry.
