U.S. SEEKS TO CHANGE IN ARAB REGIMES

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- The United States seeks to change the regimes throughoutthe Arab world. Richard Perle, chairman of the U.S. Defense Advisory Board, said theregimes include those in Iran, Iraq, Libya and Syria. Perle told Arabjournalists during a trip to London last week that the U.S. tactic woulddiffer for each country.
