ISRAEL-FRENCH CONSORTIUM MULLS NAVAL UAV

LONDON [MENL] -- An Israeli-French consortium is examining the prospect ofdeveloping an unmanned air vehicle for naval use. The proposal is being considered by a joint venture of the EuropeanAerospace Defence and Space Agency and Israel Aircraft Industries. The twohave joined forces to develop the long-endurance Eagle-2 UAV.
