U.S. COULD REVISE IRANIAN NUKE TIMETABLE

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States is considering revising itsassessment of when Iran would achieve nuclear weapons capability. U.S. officials said an inspection by the International Atomic EnergyAgency of unreported Iranian nuclear facilities has disclosed newcapabilities that had not been envisioned by the Bush administration. Theysaid the IEAE inspection of Natanz on Feb. 21 pointed to Iranian capabilityin uranium enrichment, a vital element in the production of nuclear weapons.
