JORDAN UNVEILS IMPROVED M-60 TANK

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Jordan has presented a new version of an improvedU.S.-origin M-60 main battle tank. The tank is being exhibited at the International Defence Exhibition,IDEX-2003, which began in Abu Dhabi on Sunday. The Jordanian military's KingAbdullah II Design and Development Bureau said it has placed new armor andguns on the M-60A3 tank.
