TADIRAN COMMUNICATIONS REPORTS PROFIT FOR 2002

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's leading military communications developer hasreported a sharp increase in profits for 2002. Tadiran Communications reported a more than three-fold increase inprofits for last year in comparision to 2001. The company also said salesand orders backlog have also increased.
