PALESTINIANS TARGET ISRAELI TOWN IN W. BANK

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- Palestinian insurgents have renewed targeting an Israelicommunity near the West Bank city of Hebron. On late Saturday, two Palestinian gunmen tried to burst through thesouthern gate of Kiryat Arba, an Israeli community of about 7,000 outsideHebron. Israeli troops pursued the gunmen and one of them was killed.
