SADDAM REGIME COLLAPSES; FLIGHT TO SYRIA

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The regime of President Saddam Hussein has collapsed asleading aides flee to Syria. U.S. officials said the last traces of command and control of Iraqiforces have dissipated. They said representatives of the regime have simplydisappeared.
