ISRAEL SUPPLIES ARMORED VEHICLES FOR IRAQ

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel has been supplying armored vehicles for securitymissions in Iraq. The vehicles were meant for both the U.S. military as well as Westernembassies that want to protect their staffers from roadside bombs and lightarms fire in and around Baghdad. The Israeli sales marked the start of whatindustry sources said would be a $100 million Israeli market in Iraq during2004.
