HAMAS, FATAH JOIN IN SUICIDE STRIKES IN GAZA

GAZA CITY [MENL] -- The movement led by Palestinian Authority ChairmanYasser Arafat has joined the opposition Hamas in planning and carrying outsuicide attacks against Israeli targets in the Gaza Strip. Palestinian sources said the cooperation between Fatah and Hamas wasforged in late 2003. Under the arrangement, they said, Fatah agreed toprovide suicide bombers in exchange for Hamas funding and explosive belts.
