TURKEY REJECTS FAULT WITH ISRAELI F-4 UPGRADE

ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey's military has maintained that an Israeli-ledmodernization project was not connected to a crash of two F-4 fighter-jets. Two F-4 Phantom jets upgraded in the Israeli program have crashed overthe last few months. The last crash took place on Jan. 12 during a routinetraining flight and two pilots were killed.
