IRAQI FORCES IN JORDAN COMPLETE FIRST TRAINING COURSE

AMMAN [MENL] -- Hundreds of Iraqi police officers have completed the firsttraining course held in Jordan. Four hundred and sixty six Iraqi cadets were graduated after aneight-week training course at a police facility outside Amman. The Iraqiswere trained by Jordanian, British and U.S. personnel as part of an effortto prepare 32,000 Iraqisfor the police and security forces. Among the courses provided were those ininternational law, human rights, English, riot control, driving and weaponstraining.
