N. Africa State Orders Western Aircraft

LONDON [MENL] -- For the first time, a North African state has ordered a
Western-origin military aircraft.
Industry sources said a North African state, believed to be Libya, has
ordered the C-27J light tactical transport from Italy. The surces said this
marked the first major deal between Italy's Alenia Aeronautica and the
Libyan Air Force.
