U.S., IRAQ TRAP INSURGENTS IN FALUJA

BAGHDAD [MENL] -- The U.S. military has asserted that coalition forces havetrapped thousands of Sunni insurgents in Faluja. Officials said the insurgency command structure in Faluja has beenshattered and small bands of enemy combatants were fighting withoutcommunications or logistical support. They said insurgents have beenunable to flee the city.
