IRAN CONFIRMS SATELLITE LAUNCH PLANS

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has confirmed that it plans a satellite launch asearly as March 2005. Officials said Iran would launch what they termed the indigenous Mesbahtelecommunications satellite during the next Persian year. The year beginsin March 2005.
