BAe SYSTEMS OFFERS GREATER ROLE TO SAUDIS

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- BAe Systems, faced with an exodus of its Western workforce from Saudi Arabia, has sought to provide a greater role for its Saudiemployees. BAe executives said the company has drafted plans that envisions alargely Saudi work force implementing projects in the kingdom over the nextfew years. Under this proposal, Saudi nationals would form the lion's shareof the more than 5,000 employees in Saudi Arabia as well as most of BAe'sexecutives.
