RAFAEL CHANGES NAME OF UAV
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- A leading Israeli defense firm has resolved a trademarkdispute with its rival by changing the name of a new unmanned air vehicle. Rafael, Israel Armament Development Authority, has agreed to change thename of its Skylark mini-UAV. Rafael was threatened with a lawsuit by itscompetitor, Elbit Systems, which had a UAV with the same name.
