SYRIA RESHUFFLES MILITARY COMMAND

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Syria has made the most far-reaching change in itsmilitary command in decades. The changes include the replacement of Syria's defense minister andchief of staff. This was the first such reshuffle in more than 30 years.
