U.S. CONTRACTS ISRAEL FOR MISSILE CONCEPT

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has awarded a contract to an Israelidefense firm to help improve an air-to-ground missile. The project teams Raytheon with Israel's Tadiran Spectralink.
