SUDANESE MILITIA VIOLATES DARFOUR CEASEFIRE

CAIRO [MENL] -- Sudan's government-sponsored militia was said to haveshattered an internationally-arranged ceasefire in the Darfour province. Sudanese rebel sources said the government-sponsored Janjaweed militiahas renewed fighting in Darfour against both rebels as well as the militaryin neighboring Chad. The sources said the fighting began on Sunday along theborder area of Abu Gamra.
