BRITAIN HELPS JORDAN IN BORDER PATROLS

AMMAN [MENL] -- Jordan has enlisted British military help in fighting AlQaida and related groups. Jordanian officials said British troops have helped patrol the bordersof the Hashemite kingdom. They said Britain has also provided training,expertise and military equipment for the effort to control Jordan's airspace and territory.
