JORDAN ADVANCES IN M-60 UPGRADE

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Jordan continues to advance in its project to upgradethe kingdom's M-60 main battle tank fleet. The Hashemite kingdom has decided to install a modern fire controlsystem on the army's M-60A3 tank fleet. Jordan has 288 M-60A1 and A3 modelsprocured from the United States in 1980.
