GCC STATES INCREASE FOREIGN AID

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Gulf Cooperation Council states, flushed with revenuesfrom higher oil prices, have increased their aid to foreign countries. But the GCC aid remains far less than that relayed by Gulf Arab statesduring the early 1980s.
