NATO ORGANIZES MIDEAST EXERCISE

CAIRO [MENL] -- NATO plans to launch a Middle East exercise in 2005 thatwouldinclude Israel. Arab diplomatic sources said NATO has been discussing the exercise withIsrael and at least four Arab countries. The sources said that so far theArabs have not rejected participating in the first military exercise withthe Jewish state.
